SESSIONS

A variety of Yoga classes are available with Erika Molnar at the Healthy Life Fitness Centre at Cottesloe Perth. Please see my selection of classes below and if you are interested or would like more information please fill out the registration form.

 

 GENTLE YOGA CLASS

Duration of this class is 1hour. This class is recommended for those who are new to yoga, or suffering from injuries
A group of gentle yoga positions are selected for you according to your personal requirements, to loosen and rotate all the major joints and muscles in the body.
This will also stimulate circulation and massage various organs of the body, as well as increase flexibility and induce tranquillity of body and mind.

Price: $120 per person
Maximum of two people in this class, and booking in advance is essential
 
 
 

 

 PREGNANCY YOGA

Duration of this class is 1 hour. This class is recommended in the second trimester and after child birth.
This class helps control emotions during pregnancy and after child birth. Also includes stretching and toning exercises.
Involves deep relaxation and basic breathing techniques such as alternate nostril breathing
Price: $120 per class
Maximum of two ladies per class
 
 

 BREATHING TECHNIQUES & LOCKS

Duration of this class is 1 ½ hours. This class is for everyone
You will be presented with various breathing techniques, emotion control and nasal passage cleansing, as well as their benefits. This class also includes a yoga asana, relaxation and meditation practice.
Alleviates mental stress, tension and improves the function of the lungs, heart and other major organs.
Price: $130 per person
Maximum two people in this class, and advance booking is essential
 
 

 RELAXATION/MEDITATION

Duration of this class is 1 ½ hours. This class is for everyone The focus of this class is breath awareness. You will learn to meditate by doing your daily chores, walking, sitting, gazing, observing, gentle dancing, visualizations etc.
Alleviates stress and tension, allowing one to connect within and rejuvenate oneself.

Maxiumum 2 people in this class and advance booking is essential
 

 DYNAMIC YOGA CLASS

Duration of this class is 1 ½ hours. This class is for those who have reasonable physical fitness. Dynamic practice involves energetic movements of the body such as Sun and Moon Salutations.
This will stimulate circulation and release energy blocks from different parts of the body. Flexibility will also increase, as will strength, inducing tranquillity of body and mind.
Price: $130
Maximum of two people in this class, and advance booking is essential

 

 ADVANCE YOGA

 Register Here

Duration of this class is 1 ½ hours. This class is for those with a minimum of one year yoga experience, and who wish to learn more about the powerful effects of mudra and bandha practices. You will also be taught advanced asanas such as Scorpion, headstand, peacock etc;
Please note, you must book a minimum of ten or more classes in advance
